Center 2 (19050), United States of America, McLean, VirginiaSr. Manager, Process Management | Retail Bank Modernization OperationsAs a Sr. Manager supporting Retail Bank Mod, you will help design and deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency and drive results. As we modernize our core infrastructure we are embarking on significant changes that will impact the business across our customer journeys, operations, data, and technology. Mapping out that change and the risk associated with it, and ensuring that we determine plans to drive through that change with all the appropriate stakeholders will be a critical role across our organization.This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate others in delivering flawless execution of process development.General Responsibilities:

Strong ability to facilitate sessions with Business SMEs that result in outcomes that enable clear understanding of the process, risks and controls associated with a given process

Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Serving as subject matter expert on a process improvement initiatives and procedure changes

Preparing AEs, Process Owners and Process Managers across multiple processes for changes associated with the program

Developing and maintaining processes that enable Operations to maintain an audit ready status

Can heavily influence across multiple domains to drive process improvements and adoption via presentation and storytelling skills.

Work with team members to develop robust risk management processes

Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management

Effectively partner with Product, Technology and Operations Owners to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions

Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on the progress and deliverables associated with the program

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

At least 4 years of experience in Process Management

At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certification

5+ years of experience in Process Management

2+ years of experience working with Product and Technology team
